Using both tools results in a global solution managing completely the entire application development, maintenance and distribution cycle.

iAM for Software Upgrades (Customers) manages and completely automates installation of software upgrades sent by iAM for Software Upgrades (ISV). iAM for Software Upgrades (Customers) can also be used with iAM for Development to manage customer modifications made to ISV solution packages.
